Ayten Öztürk was abducted from Lebanon Refik Hariri Airport on March 13, 2018 and brought to Turkey and was tortured for 6 months in a torture center in Ankara with the knowledge of the state. As a result of the inhuman tortures applied to him, 898 wounds were opened on his body. All these wounds were detected. It went on the record. However, neither the torturers who caused these 898 wounds nor those who kidnapped Ayten and set up the torture center where they tortured her were not tried by the courts. Ayten Öztürk, who was held in an isolation cell for 3 years, was put on trial. Ayten Öztürk, who was on trial after a slanderer said at the verdict hearing held on Thursday, June 10, that Ayten Öztürk was on the pavement during the lynching of a child rapist by the public in Okmeydanı, Istanbul, was sentenced to aggravated life imprisonment twice and released under house arrest. He was held in custody for 21 hours immediately after his release. The house where he stayed at 23:50 yesterday on June 14 was raided and he was taken into custody again.
Of course, a judicial mechanism that acts according to the needs of the anti-people government cannot judge its own founders. We know this very well.
